Blitz Summer News

Rod has announced that he will soon be retiring from
the band as he makes his move to New York!
Hopefully he won’t become a Giants fan! We wish
him the best of luck! Needless to say, our search for
his replacement has begun. Contact the band if you know
someone who is interested in auditioning.

June 20th at Dadz was an amazing night. Packed with crazed
fans and the brilliant Rene who sang a few songs with the band
which brought the crowd to a frenzy. We can only hope that
she might come out of retirement and sing a few gigs with the Blitz!
Check out Just Sports Bar for a Sunday 6/29 benefit and the BEST wings!! . Unfortunately, The Blitz is unable to attend.

July 4th weekend is right around the corner. We will once again
be at the hot spot on Long Beach Island—The Surf City Hotel.
Stage diving and naked beer pong has been put on hold this weekend
until further notice.

Happy Birthday to our keyboardist Keith Fenton who turns 22 again.

Vinnie said this is by far the best summer he has had for checking out
the bikinis on the beach. You can join him next Saturday around
noon time in his usual spot by waters edge.
